How do I cancel a QBCLE subscription?

Cancel from your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep paid features until the current period ends.

What happens if my renewal payment fails?

You enter a grace period during which paid features keep working while the store retries. If it stays unresolved, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data, connections and QSalary are unaffected.

Can I buy QSalary with money?

No. Qs are earned through in-app activity only. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred for money or withdrawn, and they have no cash value.

A note on QSalary

Qs are earned, never sold.

QSalary is our in-app reward currency. You earn it for verifying, completing your profile, posting and inviting colleagues who verify. You spend it on an extra date request, an extra gang or an extra post beyond the free daily limits.

You cannot buy Qs with money, and they have no cash value. That is deliberate — a paid currency turns every interaction into a transaction, which is the opposite of what QBCLE is for. If you want to remove the daily limits, buy a plan; it is cheaper and clearer.

Do the prices include GST?

Yes. ₹99, ₹999, ₹499 and ₹4,999 are all inclusive of 18% GST. Nothing is added at checkout.

How do I cancel?

From your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings, in two taps. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep paid features until the current period ends.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by the app store, so refunds follow that store's policy and must be requested there. Because paid features unlock immediately, part-used periods are generally not refundable. If the store cannot help, write to crew@qbcle.space and we will look at it on its merits.

What if my renewal payment fails?

You enter a grace period during which paid features keep working while the store retries the payment. Fix the payment method and nothing is interrupted. If it stays unresolved your account reverts to the free tier — your data, connections and Qs are untouched.

Will the price change after I subscribe?

If we change prices, existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days before it affects their renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. See terms section 7.
