How does QBCLE verify that I am a real working professional?
You enter your company email address and we send a one-time code to it. Entering that code proves you control the address. We then derive your employer automatically from the domain, encrypt the email at rest, and store a one-way fingerprint so the same address cannot create a second account. Your work email is never shown to any other member.
Do I also have to verify my phone number?
Yes, once. Enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number and give a single missed call to the number we show you. There is no SMS OTP to wait for. The window stays open for 10 minutes, and a number can only be verified on one QBCLE account. Change your number later and the flag resets so you re-verify.
What happens to my account if I change jobs?
Your account, buddies, gangs and QSalary balance all stay with you. Verify your new company email from profile settings and your employer badge updates. Nothing is lost and you do not start over.
Can I sign in with Google instead?
Yes. Google sign-in creates your account in one tap and marks your email as confirmed. It is separate from employer verification though — you still verify a company email to get your organisation badge and the features that require it.
What if my company email is already linked to another account?
Verification will be refused, because one work email equals one member. If you believe someone has used your address, write to crew@qbcle.space from that address and we will investigate.
Privacy & visibility
Will my colleagues or my manager see me?
Only if you allow it, and there are four independent controls. Exclude-my-company removes colleagues from your deck and removes you from theirs, mutually. Hide Organisation takes your employer off your profile. Boss Mode, on Premium, makes you visible only to people you have already liked. Keep-Away hides your profile from anyone who is not already a buddy.
Are my anonymous Q-Chat conversations stored?
No. Q-Chat message bodies are never written to our database. A session begins with both people anonymous, either of you can offer to reveal, and either of you can end it — at which point the log is deleted for both sides. Only session metadata such as start time and IP is retained, because Indian CERT-In rules require it. There is no timer and no puzzle; you talk for as long as you both want to.
Who can see my profile photo?
You pick one of four settings: everyone, buddies only, matches only, or nobody. The rule is enforced on the server, so a hidden photo is never sent to a client that should not receive it. Uploads are resized and centre-cropped automatically.
Is my work email or salary ever public?
Never. Verified attributes appear as badges, not raw values. Your work email is encrypted at rest and shown to nobody. Income appears only as an optional bracket on Q-Matrimony, and only if you choose to add it.
Is my data sold to advertisers?
No, we do not sell personal data. Free members may see ads served by Google AdMob, which never receives your work email, your income information or your chat content. Paid plans are ad-free.
How do I delete my account and data?
Request deletion from profile settings or email crew@qbcle.space. Your profile, photos, posts, buddies and messages are removed. Session metadata we are legally required to retain is kept for the statutory period and nothing more. See the privacy policy.

Is QBCLE free?
Yes, permanently. The free tier gives you full verification and badge, search, sending requests, 3 new Q-Chats a day, 5 positive swipes a day, 3 gangs and every community module. Basic is ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year. Premium is ₹499 a month or ₹4,999 a year. All prices include GST. See full pricing.
What is QSalary and how do I earn Qs?
QSalary is our in-app reward currency, written as Qs. You earn 50 Qs for verifying your employer, 50 Qs for completing your profile, and 10 Qs each time an invited colleague joins and verifies. Posting in the community and on the Talent Board earns more. Spend Qs on extra date requests, extra gangs and extra posts beyond the free daily limits. Qs cannot be purchased with money and carry no cash value.
What exactly does Premium add over Basic?
Basic removes the daily ceilings and adds see-who-liked-you, undo swipe, advanced filters, messaging mutual matches and Hide Organisation. Premium adds Boss Mode incognito, the corporate verification badge, messaging before matching, contact details after a mutual match, a weekly 30-minute spotlight, income and community filters, Q-Chat gender and same-organisation matching, travel mode and exotic pet mascots.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel any time from your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current period ends. Refunds are processed by the app store under its own policy, so raise the request there. Email crew@qbcle.space if you need us to confirm details for that request.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
You enter a grace period during which your paid features keep working while the store retries. Fix the payment method and nothing is interrupted. If it is not resolved, the account drops to the free tier — your data, buddies and Qs are untouched, only the paid features pause.
Safety & conduct
What happens if someone harasses me?
Block them and they vanish from every deck, feed and search in both directions instantly, and any buddy connection is torn down. Separately, file a report with a reason — spam, harassment, inappropriate content, fake profile, hate, or underage. Only verified members can report, so reports cannot be brigaded, and three upheld reports auto-suspend an account. Urgent cases: crew@qbcle.space.
Can I use QBCLE without dating or matrimony?
Yes. Dating, matrimony and Q-Chat each have an independent switch in profile settings. Turn them off and you never appear in those decks. Many members use QBCLE only for company reviews, carpooling, referrals and gangs.
Can I post asking for money on Q-Help?
No. Q-Help is strictly non-monetary — blood donation, tutoring, animal rescue, awareness and disaster relief. Both the requester and the helper see a warning before posting, and monetary requests are removed. This protects members from the fundraising scams that plague open community boards.
Is Q-Lens really anonymous, even to the company?
Yes. Neither the asker nor the responder identity is ever sent to any client. Only verified members whose employer matches the company being discussed can answer, which keeps answers credible while both sides stay hidden.
Which cities is QBCLE available in?
Anywhere in India. Member density is highest in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Gurugram, Noida and Mumbai, since that is where verified corporate members joined first. Carpooling and city features work best where density is high.
